It is naturally blended from native forest florals including Mānuka, Kānuka, Pōhutukawa & Rewarewa. We extract our honey at hive temperature within hours of harvest to retain its natural properties.
Sweet mild taste with smooth to slightly grainy texture & a gentle floral aroma. Shades of amber with some natural streaking, frosting or crystallisation occurring. These are the natural stages of raw organic honey & vary with each batch & season.
