Strawberry & Organic Mānuka Honey Smoothie
This sweet strawberry smoothie is a refreshing and healthy option for breakfast or snack. An easy recipe that has loads of options to customise to suit everyones needs, its sure to be a winner in your house too!

Serves: Approx. 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk (dairy, nut, coconut etc) or liquid of choice (coconut water or juice) 
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen) 
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (or other berries) 
- 3/4 cup yoghurt of choice (greek, coconut etc) 
- 1 tablespoon Woodland’s Raw Organic Mānuka Honey MGO350+ & extra to drizzle inside the glasses (optional) 
- 1 tablespoon of our Organic Mānuka Honey & Cacao granola to garnish (optional) 
Method
- Add milk or liquid, banana, strawberries, yoghurt and organic manuka honey into a blender. 
- Blend until smooth (approximately one minute). If it seems too thick you can add extra liquid of choice. 
- Drizzle organic manuka honey around the inside of two glasses and then pour the smoothie into glasses. 
- Garnish with our Organic Mānuka Honey & Cacao granola if desired.
