Organic Mānuka Honey Pancakes
A kiwi twist on an American classic! Perfect for brunch, served with fresh berries and a drizzle of organic mānuka honey.

Serves: Approx. 4 
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour 
- 2 tsp baking powder 
- ½ tsp salt 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 tablespoons Woodland’s Organic Mānuka Honey MGO100+ 
- 1 ½ cups milk 
Method
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. 
- In another smaller bowl beat the eggs and organic Mānuka honey with a whisk (or fork) until pale and thick. 
- Add the egg mixture along with the milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 
- Gently warm a greased (or non-stick) frying pan and drop a large spoonfuls of the mixture from the point of the spoon onto the pan. 
- When bubbles start to burst on the top of the pancake, turn them over and cook the second side until lightly golden. Place in a clean dry tea towel to keep warm until they are all ready to serve. 
- Drizzle with extra organic Mānuka honey to serve with berries/fruit of choice &/or whipped cream/butter
