Classic Organic Mānuka Honey Vinaigrette
No salad is complete without a classic, homemade vinaigrette. Here’s our version, with a ‘sweet’ twist!
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil 
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar 
- 2 tablespoons Woodland’s Organic Mānuka Honey MGO50+ 
- 2 teaspoons finley chopped red onion or shallot 
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a clean jar. Cover with lid, and shake until fully blended. 
- Alternatively combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, this also saves time chopping the onion finely! 
- Pour over salad to dress, or chill until ready to use.
